A relaxing bath with herbs and minerals

One of my favorite relaxing baths is salts, magnesium and mellisa essential oil. Magnesium is essential for healthy skin and hair, aids sleep, and can promote a deep sense of calm and well-being.


1 cup of magnesium flakes 10 drops of a relaxing essential oil (lavender or Melissa) fill your bathtub with water that has the ideal temperature. Add the magnesium and essential oil before intervening.
